The divorce settlement appeal of Sue Ann Arnall, former wife of 69-year-old American energy tycoon Harold Hamm, was rejected by the Oklahoma Supreme Court in a 7-2 decision, the San Jose Mercury News reported.
The judge in the case ruled against Sue Ann Hamm’s contention that the amount of the divorce settlement awarded to her, amounting to $1 billion, was but a fraction of the couple’s estimated $18 billion wealth.
