Donald Fagen arrested after assault
According to CNN, the co-founder and lead singer of 70s rock band Steely Dan, Donald Fagen, was arrested on January 4 after being charged with harassment and assault. Although the news release did not disclose the identity of the main complainant, the details on the police incident report matched the age and address of his wife, Libby Titus, with whom he shares a house in New York City.
The police report showed that the 68-year-old musician caused injury to the woman in the form of bruising and swelling when he aggressively grabbed her arms and pushed her onto a marble window frame inside the bedroom. It was not disclosed whether or not the woman was treated for her injuries.
Neither Fagen’s lawyer, Adam Miller, nor his publicist responded to any inquiries regarding the case.
