Sixty-eight-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young filed a divorce from Pegi Young, his wife of 36 years.
Young first met Pegi when she was a waitress at a diner near his California ranch; their love story was encapsulated in the 1992 song Unknown Legend. Pegi young served as Neil Young’s inspiration for some of his most successful love songs.
