Based on a news report by the Los Angeles Times, Branden Dawson, NBA rookie and player for the LA Clippers, was arrested by LAPD officers on March 13 after a domestic violence accusation.
He was reportedly charged with felony spousal abuse after an unknown woman arrived at his Playa Vista house that he shares with his live-in girlfriend. The three were having an argument and one of the women told the officers that she was pushed by Dawson.
Furthermore, the report stated that if Dawson is convicted of the charges against him, he will be going through a ten-game ban as per the NBA agreement.
The first court hearing for Dawson’s case will be held on April 7.
