A 34-year-old Marine from Southern California has been sentenced to 14 years of imprisonment over charges of domestic violence, torture, and witness intimidation after beating her girlfriend in December 2012.
An online report published Monday, February 24 stated that Anthony Rollins brutally hit his girlfriend in their home in Murrieta, causing her to suffer from loss of hearing, skull fractures, brain hemorrhage, and amnesia. The girl barely remembered the assault, but had later reported the incident to the police after discovering a voice mail that had been accidentally recorded.
