What is the difference between divorce and nullity?

Divorce declares a marriage to have legally ended. Nullity makes a marriage null and void, declaring that it legally never existed. Additionally, annulment is not always legally available to couples, as grounds for annulment are typically limited to bigamy, insanity, and fraud.
