Do I have to have an alibi?

An alibi can prove or help to prove that you were not involved in the criminal activity of which you are accused. It can, therefore, be an essential and helpful part of a criminal defense strategy. However, not everyone has an alibi, and this doesn’t mean that you can’t still win your case. It’s, of course, still possible to defend against conviction even without an alibi, particularly when you have a legal defense team you can trust.
