Edward (Ted) Carter is from Santa Clara, CA. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2001 from Santa Clara University, and his Juris Doctor in 2007 from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Daniel Jensen, P.C., Mr. Carter operated his own general law practice. He has also worked in commercial real estate litigation, in the shipping industry for several years, and as a claims analyst with the Victim Witness Assistance Center in San Jose, CA. While in law school, Mr. Carter interned in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. He also interned at the District Attorney’s Office of Santa Clara County and worked as a student intern at the Northern California Innocence Project. Mr. Carter received the CALI Award for earning the top grade in Evidence.
Mr. Carter volunteers at Pro Bono Housing clinics run by the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. In his spare time, he enjoys time with family, cycling, and hiking with his dog.
